Thinkings

I think that the princess, which was semi-barbaric would rather kill the man than let the other women marry him as she was a cruel and heartless person. If I were the princess, I would also kill the man or else I would certainly be mocked at by the other woman as she stole her man away from her and had succeeded. Partly because that she was a princess, that is why she would not allow anybody to hurt her pride or break her heart. She was a princess, not any other ordinary woman who had no power. She was selfish, and her selfishness resulted in a person's death. Would she regret killing him? I think that she would most probably forget that she killed the man she loved so much as she most probably have done this type of things. However, this would cast a shadow over her heart and she would always, or forever feel that something inside is loss. If the princess had cherished her love and if they were so true to each other, then the princess would have begged her father not to do the test on him or else, she would have told him the forget her pride and tell him the door to the marriage. In a nutshell, I think that love is not selfishness and it would need a sacrifice when needed.
